There can be different reasons to why the music temporarily stops playing on your iOS player. Follow these 4 quick steps to fix the problem right away.


1. Restart the app

Click the Home button two times quickly, and swipe up on the Player for Soundtrack Business app to close it. Then, open the app again.


2. Check your Internet connection

Check if you have an Internet connection by visiting a random website, e.g. www.soundtrackyourbrand.com. If it doesn’t work, please check your Internet connection.


3. Reinstall the app

Remove the app from your device. Then, open App Store and search for Player for Soundtrack Business and download the player. 


4. Restart the iOS device

Press and hold down the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Touch the button and drag it all the way to the right to turn off the device. Turn the device back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and open the app.
