This error message is shown when you need to restart your device. Follow the instructions below to do so.
1. Click the Home button two times quickly.
2. Swipe up on the “Player for Soundtrack Business” app to close it.
3. Open the app again.
1. Right-click on the tray icon and select “Quit Player for Soundtrack Business.”
2. Double-click on the Soundtrack Business-icon on your desktop to start the application.
1. Unplug the power cable and then plug the cable back in.
2. If your box has a power button, hold it for three seconds and make sure the blue light is switched on.
